The credit is e-Tijara PRO’s billing unit. Each order placed by one of your customers on your store uses 1 credit. There is no subscription and no commission on your sales: you keep 100% of your revenue. Abandoned carts use no credits.
Do abandoned carts use credits?
Never. Only orders actually placed by your customers use a credit. A visitor who fills a cart and leaves costs you nothing.
How do I top up my credits?
Anytime from your account, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfer and, in Tunisia, e-dinar or local wallets (Flouci, Swared, BNA Pay…).
Do my credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Each top-up extends your account validity based on its volume (e.g. 6 months for a small top-up, 12 months or more for a large one). Only the free sign-up credits are limited to 15 days.
