Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase and use of the e-Tijara PRO digital services provided by CODE & COM TECHNOLOGIES. The service sold is a digital service billed in credits: each order the user receives from their own customers on their store uses one credit, as described on the Pricing page.

2. Account and registration

Creating an account is free. Each user may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts may lead to their suspension or deletion.

On sign-up, a bonus of 100 credits is granted, valid for 15 days: it covers the first 100 orders placed by the user’s own customers on their store. e-Tijara PRO does not supply customers. After that period the bonus expires automatically. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Account duration and validity

Your account remains active as long as you comply with these terms. Its validity depends on your top-ups or pack purchases. In case of prolonged inactivity or insufficient balance, e-Tijara PRO may suspend or delete the account.

4. Prices and currency

Applicable prices are shown on the Pricing page before any payment. The reference currency for the Tunisian market is the Tunisian dinar (TND). Pricing decreases with the selected volume; the price displayed before payment is the amount due. Where VAT applies, it is shown in the payment summary.

5. Payment

Online payment is processed by a secure payment provider, including Flouci when available. You are redirected to the provider’s interface to complete the transaction. e-Tijara PRO will never ask for your full card number by email or phone. Top-ups are final; e-Tijara PRO is not responsible for issues specific to external payment methods.

6. Activation and delivery

e-Tijara PRO provides a digital service; there is no physical delivery. Once the payment is confirmed by the provider, the purchased credit is added to the customer’s account. A pending, declined, expired or unconfirmed payment does not grant credit until the transaction is validated.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Credits already used cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of double charge, a confirmed payment that was not credited, or a technical error in the payment process, contact support at [email protected] with your account email and transaction reference. After verification, a correction will be made where justified.

8. Use of the platform

You agree to use the platform in accordance with Tunisian and international law, not to disrupt the service, and not to publish illegal, offensive or fraudulent content. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account.

9. Data and privacy

Your information is stored on secure servers. We never sell your data to third parties. Some information (name, email, order history) is used to manage your account and improve the service. See our privacy policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content, logos, text and images on the platform are the exclusive property of e-Tijara PRO. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Liability

e-Tijara PRO cannot be held liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from use of the platform, including order errors or delivery delays.

12. Changes to these terms

e-Tijara PRO may change these terms at any time. Users are informed through their account or by email; continued use means acceptance of the new terms.

13. Complaints and disputes

Complaints should first be sent to CODE & COM TECHNOLOGIES support to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the contractual relationship is governed by Tunisian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
